Import Engine Supply

Limited Warranty Contract

A. Import Engine Supply Inc. Warrants all new/used transmissions sold with this signed and dated contract as follows.

1. Passenger Cars, Light Trucks for personal and private only
   • Used Transmissions . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 90 days
   • Rebuilt Transmissions (Which Ever Comes First) 1yr. or 12,000 miles
2. Industrial and Commercial Transmissions . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 30 days
3. High Performance Transmissions are a altered form stock applications. These Transmissions are Purchased "as is", No Warranty, Express or Implied, including No Warranty of Merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Warranty Upgrade Transmissions only:
   • Grade 1 . . . . . (Which ever Comes First). . . 3yrs. or 3600 Miles

B. Items Not Covered by this Contract

1. Any and All External Parts
   • Braking of Gears, Casting, or Sprague, Damages resulting from abuse, Faulty installation or Accident.
2. Incidental or Coincidental Damages such as, but Not Limited To:
   • Hotel, Motel Charges
   • Car or Truck Rentals
   • Loses due to down Time
   • Towing Charges
   • Fright Charges
3. Any and All Fluids Including, but Not Limited To:
   • Oil, Antifreeze, ATF, Gear Lube, Leaks, and Filters.
4. Any Loss or damage Caused from Over Heating of Lack of Lubrication.

C. Owner's Responsibilities:

1. Oil, Cooler Flush Must be Performed Prior to Installation.
2. Replace Transmission's Oil and Filter Every Per OEM Recommendations.

D. Labor is NOT Covered as part of This Standard Contract.

1. Labor is Covered only if We were the Original Installers of the Transmission and Only at our Boise, ID Locations.
   • Vehicle Must be returned to Boise, ID Location for Warranty Services.
   • Use Transmissions (As defined in A:1) Limited to Terms of Warranty.
   • Rebuilt Transmission (As defined in A:1) Limited to Terms of Warranty.
2. No Allowance will be given for outside Labor. Nor Exceptions.
3. Labor Insurance is Available.
   • Must be Purchased with Transmission Purchase or Prior to Transmissions installation.

E: Any and All Claims must be in Writing.

1. Send with Copy of Dated Invoice and Proof of Owner Responsibilities.
2. Sent to Address on Dated Invoice.

F. This Warranty is Extended to Original Purchaser Only and is Not Transferable or Assignable.

G. Accurate Mileage reading of Vehicle When Transmission is Installed must be Recorded with Import Engine Supply

H. Warranty is Voided if Damage is due to Neglects or Misuse, or Installed in an Application that is not Originally designed for.
